Membership payments are auto-debited on the first of each month, for 12 months. Members may add on additional sessions at the discounted rate. 30 day notice required to cancel membership.


Just need to reduce stress and overall tension? A full body relaxation massage can revive and rejuvenate. Pressure is decided by you and can range from light to firm.

Deep Tissue

If you have specific areas of tension or pain, focused deep tissue work may benefit you. Deep tissue is not exactly the same as deep pressure. With deep tissue, the area is first relaxed and warmed, and then deeper, focused pressure is utilized to work out adhesions (knots) or other dysfunction.

Trigger Point

The application of pressure to a myofascial adhesion to help reduce tension. Trigger points can cause referred pain to other nearby areas, and releasing them can aid in reducing tension, dysfunction, and pain of the affected area. Trigger points can be released with manual pressure or cupping.


After working a particularly tight muscle group, passive stretching can add even more tension relief and help increase mobility of the area.

Myofascial Cupping

A technique rooted in ancient Eastern medicine, cupping is a form of myofascial decompression and deep tissue bodywork. Once the tissue is warmed, a glass or silicone cup is placed on the skin and vacuum suction is applied to pull the tissues up into the cup. This modality helps reduce adhesions and tension of the tissues, increases circulation, and draws stagnation and toxins out from deep within the tissues.

Being able to relax during a massage session is paramount to healing. Sometimes that means less chatting, and sometimes that means more communication. My goal is to get you into a state of deep relaxation to allow the body to heal, so please don't hesitate to discuss any concerns you may have regarding the session.
